Tidewater Drain & Plumbing
We looked at everything anyone can see — your profiles, your posts, your ads. No logins, no access to your accounts. The score below is for Facebook, which looks like your main platform. Everywhere else is listed further down.

What’s working
They post real photos from real jobs instead of stock images, which is more than most trades manage.
Where the points went
| Output | not set yet | N/A |
| Consistency | 73 day longest gap | 0/20 |
| Engagement | 1.17% · Facebook band 0.05/0.15/0.35 | 35/35 |
| Format mix | 2 formats, no video | 6/15 |
All four are measured on Facebook only. Anything we could not measure is marked N/A and dropped, so the total always rescales to 100 rather than counting a gap as a zero.
How you compare
| Account | Followers | Posts/week | Engagement |
|---|
| Tidewater Drain & Plumbing | 214 | — | 1.17% |
| Bay Breeze Plumbing Co | 4,800 | — | 1.81% |
| RotoWorks Hampton Roads | 2,100 | — | 1.51% |
| Colonial Pipe & Drain | 950 | — | 1.40% |
These are the closest comparison we could make on the same platform. We looked at more of your posts than theirs, so read the engagement column as a direction rather than an exact figure.
The biggest problem
There is no way to act on anything. The bio says nothing, there is no booking link, and the phone number is buried on a dated website.
Curious what yours would say?
This is the same report we put together for every business we grade. If you'd like one for your company, leave your website and email and yours will be in your inbox within 48 hours. Free, no strings.
Do this first
Claim the Google Business profile and put the phone number and service area in the Facebook bio.
Who you’re reaching
Who the content speaks to
Nobody in particular. The posts read like they were written for other plumbers or the owner's mates, mostly job site photos with no caption or context.
Who actually turns up
A small circle of friends and family. The same handful of names show up on every post.
No — talking past their buyer
Your ads
We found no live ads for Tidewater Drain & Plumbing in the Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok or Google ad libraries. Everything reaching an audience right now is unpaid.
We found Nothing found on the site, but no advertising tags. That means visitors can be counted but not re-reached, and no sale can be traced back to a post or an ad. Checked with Both.
Where else you are
| Platform | State | Followers | Last posted |
|---|
| Instagram | Dormant | 43 | Nov 2024 |
| LinkedIn | Not found | | |
| TikTok | Not found | | |
| YouTube | Not found | | |
| X | Not found | | |
These are not part of the score. We graded Facebook because that is where most of the effort goes — but a dormant account still turns up when someone searches for you, and that is worth a look either way.
Where we’d start
Homeowners aged 35 to 65 within the service area, timed around cold snaps and heavy rain when drain and pipe problems actually happen.
What we couldn’t see
All of this comes from public information, so a few things are missing:
- Your own numbers. Reach, saves, profile clicks, messages. All private, and usually more useful than anything above.
- Whether any of the engagement above was paid for. A boosted post looks the same as a normal one from out here.
- What happens after someone gets in touch. A post that brings in an enquiry nobody calls back scores the same as one that lands a customer.
- Whether the phone rings from word of mouth, the van signage or repeat customers. The business could be busier than the socials suggest.
A good score will not rescue a bad offer, and a low one usually means nobody has had the time, not that anyone did a bad job.
